Our guarantee is very simple. We want you to be happy with your quilt. This will be a family heirloom and something you will be proud to pass down generations. After receiving your quilt or other item you purchased on our web site, you will have 7 days to inspect it. If it meets with your satisfaction the quilt is yours to enjoy for your lifetime and others to follow you!
Notification
If on the other hand you are not satisfied due to ANY reason (color, workmanship, etc) you need to notify us immediately (we won’t pay our consignors until the guarantee period has expired). Either give us a call at 916-671-1673 or you can email me at eileen@consignitquiltsandmore.com and let us know you will be returning the item.
Return Conditions
When Consign It Quilts and More receives the returned item, your money will be refunded as long as the item is in the same condition it was when it was sent to you, (no odors, no damage, etc.). Any gifts (Retayne, etc.) sent with the items must also be returned. Please enclose a copy of your sales receipt. Your package must be fully insured and postage paid and be addressed to:

A refund check will be mailed to you promptly upon receipt, providing the item is not damaged.
Returned Item Damaged
Arbitration. Any claim or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or arising out of or relating to the services and/or products provided hereunder shall be determined and settled by binding arbitration in Sacramento County, California according to the California Arbitration Statutes (California Code of Civil Procedure Section 1280 et seq.) in effect at the time. Each party involved in an arbitration proceeding in accordance with this section will pay its own expenses, attorneys’ fees and costs. Either party may demand arbitration by delivering a written demand to the other party within 60 days after occurrence of the dispute. California law shall govern all disputes between the parties.
If the damage was due to the shipping - buyer will need to address this with their shipping company.
No refund will be processed until resolution.
